He has successfully collaborated with diverse global teams across both early-stage startups and established international organizations, delivering impact and driving sustainable growth.

Bariki Chambulikasi

MEAL Lead

Bariki is a seasoned MEAL specialist with over 10 years' experience in health, climate resilience, agriculture, and humanitarian programs. He is skilled in building robust MEL systems, data analysis (Power BI, CommCare, SPSS), and turning evidence into actionable insights. Passionate about equity and inclusion, Bariki strengthens teams and ensures programs deliver measurable impact.

Macdonald Lanzi

Enterprise Development Lead

MacDonald Lanzi is seasoned BDSP and ILO-certified SIYB Master Trainer with over 10 years' experience in MSME development, financial literacy entrepreneurship coaching and research. He has trained hundreds of trainers and thousands of farmers across East Africa on SIYB, GET Ahead, Green Business, and Formalize Your Business packages among other programmes. His expertise spans business development services, project management, and building farmer-finance linkages for sustainable enterprise growth.
